Original Art
Original paintings require extra care when being shipped, and packaging is chosen based on the individual piece to best protect your artwork in transit.
Original art is dispatched once payment has been received in full, including for pieces purchased via a payment plan.
Processing time: Please allow up to 5 working days for your artwork to be carefully wrapped and packaged. If your piece requires a bespoke frame, this will take longer — I'll confirm a specific timeframe with you directly once your order is placed.
UK shipping
Sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (48-hour signed-for) or a tracked courier service. Please allow 2–5 working days for delivery once dispatched.
International shipping
Sent via a signed-for, tracked courier service. Please allow up to 5 working days for packaging, and up to 14 working days for delivery once dispatched. International orders may be subject to customs delays and import fees depending on your country. I am not responsible for any import duties or charges applied by your local government.
Prints
All prints are quality-checked before dispatch. Unframed prints are shipped either flat in a protective mailer or rolled within a mailing tube and outer box, depending on size — please keep unframed prints flat until you're ready to frame them. Stretched canvas prints arrive ready to hang.
UK shipping
Please allow 5–7 working days for your print to be produced and delivered to me, followed by 1–2 working days for quality-checking and packaging, then 2–5 working days for delivery via Royal Mail Tracked.
International shipping
Please allow 5–7 working days for your print to be produced and delivered to me, followed by 1–2 working days for quality-checking and packaging, then up to 2–3 weeks for delivery via Royal Mail International Tracked, depending on destination. International orders may be subject to customs delays and import fees depending on your country. I am not responsible for any import duties or charges applied by your local government.
