Soon, instinct will lead it to a new way of life, foraging among seagrasses and algae as it matures. Resting its head on the mermaid's shoulder, it finds comfort in her presence as they drift together. She gazes into the distance, contemplating the ocean's future - uncertain yet filled with possibility.

Beneath the surface, this piece speaks to a tender moment we all experience at some point - a quiet pause between who we were and who we're becoming. It reflects the trust we must place in the process of growth, and the comfort we sometimes find in others as we surrender to the unknown. Like the turtle, we often sense the shift before we fully understand it - and in that stillness, something sacred unfolds.
