Shipping

Original Art

Original paintings require extra care and attention when being shipped. I use Museumpak for original art. Museumpak art boxes offer the strength and protection of a plywood crate, without the weight, to ensure your art arrives in pristine condition.

UK shipping

All original art is sent by Royal Mail Delivery Guaranteed or DHL. Please allow 1-2 working days for your art to be wrapped and boxed securely, and allow 2 to 5 working days for delivery.

International shipping

All original art is sent by a signed-for courier service (DHL). Please allow 1-2 working days for your art to be wrapped and boxed securely, and allow up to 14 working days for delivery. Please note: International orders may be subject to customs delays and import fees depending on your country. I am not responsible for any import fees or other duties that your local government may charge on your delivery.

Prints

All prints are unframed and shipped in a mailing tube within a protective box. To ensure your print remains in pristine condition, please remove it from the tube upon arrival and store it flat until you are ready to frame it. For stretched canvas prints, they are securely packaged and ready to hang upon delivery.

For stretched canvas prints:

  • Orders are sent by a reliable courier service.
  • Allow up to 5 business days for processing (3 days for printing and 2 days for preparation) before shipping. Delivery times will vary by location and will be communicated once dispatched.

International shipping

For unframed prints:

  • Orders are shipped via DHL for fast and secure delivery.
  • Please allow 1-2 working days for secure packaging and up to 14 working days for delivery.

For stretched canvas prints:

  • Orders are sent by a reliable courier service.
  • Allow up to 5 business days for processing (3 days for printing and 2 days for preparation) before shipping. Delivery times will vary by location and will be communicated once dispatched.

Returns

Original Art

I understand that purchasing an original artwork is a meaningful decision, and it needs to feel perfect for your space. If the piece doesn’t feel right, you may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving the artwork.

To ensure a smooth return process:

  1. Condition: The artwork must be undamaged and returned in the specialised box it was sent in.
  2. Contact: Please notify me within the 30-day return window to begin the process. I will guide you through the return steps and notify you once the artwork has been received and assessed.
  3. Refund Processing: Once the artwork is confirmed to be in its original, undamaged condition, your refund will be processed.

Important Notes:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • To ensure safe delivery, I strongly recommend using a trackable and insured courier service. I cannot provide a refund for items lost or damaged in transit.
